About this build

I built these speakers while out of town staying in Leduc during the 2016 wildfire evacuation. I used them combined with a cheap used theater amp and a little 8" powered subwoofer. My best friend lived in Leduc at the time, and while we were there the 10" Ultimax subwoofer I built for him failed due to a faulty driver. When it was time to return home I left the 8" powered woofer with him and took the Ultimax sub with me to repair it. Parts Express was very good about it and sent me a replacement free of charge. While I was fixing the Ultimax, he moved out of the country, so he's stuck with my little 8" sub and I have the Ultimax. I left them unfinished until the evacuation was lifted and we returned home. They now act as my garage speaker system combined with the rebuilt Ultimax sub.
